As of September 12th, 2021, Taber has had approximately 126 residential sales. There are currently 68 active listings for properties in the town. The average days on market for sold properties in 2021 is 83 days. The average sale price for residential homes so far in 2021 is $274,608. That is an increase from the average of $247,322 reported in 2020.
